Super happy with my decision to store items with this place. Right off the hwy. New clean, security. I was given a tour a few months ago, and now that I've started to move my stuff in, the team down there are great and on point. Girl with the green eyes...thanks. Did I mention its super clean? West Island..you won't regret the decision.

I had an excellent experience Pandora Entrepôts from start to finish. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very secure, which gave me real peace of mind leaving my belongings there. The staff (Noah and Domenico) were incredibly helpful and professional—they took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Access to the unit was easy and convenient, and I appreciated how organized and well-run the entire operation is. What really stood out was their reliability and customer service. It’s not often you find a company that combines efficiency, security, and genuinely friendly service so well. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and dependable storage solution! Thank you!!!

Five stars! A white glove experience. From the seamless online booking to friendly staff helping me out with everything during the unit set up —everything was flawless. Coming from Toronto where storage locker units are neglected, expensive, dirty and even dangerous! With Pandora it felt like coming into a hotel honestly–clean, bright, safe and affordable. I fully recommend them and will definitely make business with them again. Steven, Alex and Jackson were incredible, keep up the good work guys.

Beautiful facility, very clean and well organized, excellemt security which is something you really want when storing your personel items. Jude is very pleasant and gave us an excellent tour of the facility. Looking forward to using the facility and working with the staff.
