This was meant to be posted back in July but here we are. First time renting a storage unit and process was made simple, clear and easy. Ive dealt with manager Paul from the beginning who has been great with each interaction ever since. Always very positive, nice and great to talk to. He also has found solutions to concerns i have had, great person to have in charge. I would also like to point out the cleanliness of the facility each time I have gone over. Despite not being closer to Vaudreuil, truly satisfied with my rental unit.

I used this storage facility for a few months and everything went very smoothly. Paul, the manager, was welcoming and took the time to clearly explain how everything worked when I checked in. At check-out, the process was just as easy. Great service, I definitely recommend this facility. Kudos to Paul for being so nice to deal with!

Clean, secure. The staff are very nice. It was a very hot day when we loaded our storage unit and the person at the reception desk offered us cold bottled water. Very thoughtful

Both Paul and Alexia were very informative. They are knowledgeable. They were supportive in helping us meeting our needs. The lockers were clean and secure.
