I took a unit there to store my car during a family vacation and the big rain storm happened the day after. I got in touch in touch with them and Alexia was extremely helpful. They accessed my unit, gave me an update and replaced the lock for me. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that I had no damage to my car. The 5 stars however, aren't because my my car wasn't damaged, but because they were able to assist me from afar and give me an answer. There is nothing like not knowing and they remove that anxiety for me. Thank you!

So far everything went well, I was received by Paul who was very professional, accommodating and super helpful. He did show me around and gave me some options for the storage of my car. I took an outdoor parking for 2 weeks.This place is clean, modern and highly secured with 24/7 surveillance cameras. It's gated and easy access with a passcode until 10pm. I highly recommend the baie d'Urfe location. The service was excellent and all my questions were answered. I will return for future storage needs.

First time having a storage unit and Paul was very nice and friendly to get us started. The building is very clean and organized! I was very surprised that the 5x5 was much bigger than we thought. It was very easy to enter through the gate and unload . No hiccups at all, smooth sailing :)

Awesome customer service! Especially Paul , he is an amazing person, professional and caring! He was very helpful for my reservation and inquires. Call center was helpful too/ Storage unit was clean as well as the elevator. Highly recommended!
